What to do if my Orved Cuisson SV-41 Kitchen Appliances machine is not working?
    • D
      David ChoiAug 19, 2025
First, ensure the machine is switched on using the ON/OFF main switch. Then, check the power supply by verifying the plug is correctly inserted into a working socket with the correct voltage. Inspect the power cable for any damage and check the PF3 and PF4 fuses on the power board to ensure they are intact and correctly inserted. If the issue persists, it may indicate machine damage.

Why is there insufficient vacuum in my Orved Cuisson SV-41 chamber?
    • R
      Richard BarrettAug 21, 2025
The vacuum percentage might be set too low; try increasing it up to 99% and use the VAC+ key for supplementary vacuum. Also, check the oil and exhaust filter of the vacuum pump. A worn cover gasket could also be the cause, so consider replacing it.

What to do if my Orved Kitchen Appliances bag does not maintain vacuum?
    • J
      Julie TerryAug 25, 2025
Ensure the bag is positioned centrally in relation to the sealing bar, protruding 20 mm over it. If you are using gas, make sure the bag opening is correctly fixed in the dater. The bag might be too small for the product volume. Check if the bag is perforated; if so, use a thicker bag and wrap the product. If the sealing is insufficient, increase the sealing time. If the bag is defective or dirty, use a new, clean bag. Also, the bag size should be suitable for the product dimensions.

Why won't my Orved Cuisson SV-41 machine seal?
    • A
      Antonio JohnsonAug 27, 2025
Check if the sealing bar connection is dirty and clean the contacts with contact-spray. Also, if you are using gas, make sure the gas quantity is not more than 60% - reduce gas percentage if needed. Check the PF2 fuse on the power board and change it if blown. If you are using a seal bag, check if it is perforated and change it if needed.

What to do if my Orved Cuisson SV-41 Kitchen Appliances machine does not create vacuum in chamber?
    • P
      Phyllis WilliamsAug 28, 2025
Ensure you are exerting sufficient pressure on the Plexiglas cover during appliance start-up by lowering the cover with both hands and applying more pressure. Also, check if the gas function is activated and deactivate it if necessary.

What to do if my Orved Cuisson SV-41 seal seam shows burns and bubbles?
    • P
      Patricia PierceAug 30, 2025
The sealing time may be too long. Try decreasing the sealing time. If the seal seam is narrow and irregular, then the sealing time may be too short. Try increasing the sealing time.

What to do if the lid opens during GAS cycle of my Orved Cuisson SV-41?
    • H
      Heather GoodmanSep 2, 2025
The gas percentage might be too high. Try reducing the gas percentage.

Why is the gas quantity in bags insufficient in my Orved Cuisson SV-41?
    • R
      Robert LynchSep 4, 2025
The gas flushing time might be insufficient, so increase the gas percentage. Check that the gas cylinder pressure is sufficient and adjust the pressure on the cylinder reducer to 1 bar. Ensure the gas nozzle is correctly inserted into the bag mouth and that cylinder valves are open, with the pressure reducer set to 1.0 bar.
