What to do if my Orved IDEA 40 machine is not working?

  If your Orved Kitchen Appliance isn't working, there are several potential causes: * The machine might be off. To resolve this, switch the machine on by pressing the STOP button for 5 seconds. * There may be no power supply. Ensure the plug is correctly inserted into a functioning socket, verifying the voltage matches. Inspect the power cable for any damage. Also, check the fuse PF1 on the power board to confirm it's intact and correctly inserted. If the fuse is the problem, it is recommended to contact a service center. * The machine may be damaged. In this case, it's best to contact an authorized service center for assistance.

  If you're experiencing insufficient vacuum in the bag or the bag isn't maintaining vacuum with your Orved Kitchen Appliances, consider these possibilities: * The bag might be incorrectly positioned. Ensure you place the bag centrally on the sealing bar, overpassing it by about 20 mm. * The bag could be perforated. Try using a thicker bag and wrap the product with cling film or soft paper before vacuuming. * There might be insufficient sealing. In this case, try increasing the sealing time.
