Why is the tray not sealed properly in my Orved Kitchen Appliances?

There are several reasons why the tray might not be sealing correctly. First, check if the sealing temperature is correct for the film and tray material and adjust the thermostat accordingly. Ensure the tray is clean and free from oil or grease; clean or change it if necessary. Verify the red silicone rubber of the tray die is correctly positioned in its seat. Make sure the film roll isn't upside down, with the sealing side facing upwards, and that you are using a film compatible with the tray. Finally, ensure the sealing plate is clean.
