PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
Machine not working
The tray is not sealed
properly
Film not cut or cut badly
Switch on the machine using the ON/OFF main switch.
- Insert the plug in a socket (check the voltage!).
- Check power cable to make sure it is intact.
- Check that the fuse/s are intact and correctly inserted.
Contact a Service centre.
Adjust thermostat to the correct value in relation to the material of
the film and the tray.
Clean/Change the tray
Insert the red silicone rubber in its seat.
Turn the roll upside down.
Use compatible film and trays.
Clean by following the instructions in the “Maintenance” chapter.
Call an authorized service centre.
Position the “T” seal (B) correctly or replace if necessary.
