NODE IP SET - <node_ip_set>

This command line enables the user to setup the IP of the node with the given MAC address.
Correct entry format is as follows (MAC, IP, mask and gateway address specified below is an
example);
node_ip_set 00:26:dc:00:1e:28 192.168.0.99 255.255.255.0 192.168.0.1
NODE ALL SET - <node_all_set>
