6. 運転 OPERATION
6.1 運転上の注意 Note on Operation
（1）運転前にネームプレート記載事項を読み、使用条件が仕様に適合しているか確認してください。
また、設置方法、配管接続、配線に誤りがないか、確認してください。
Read the information given on the nameplate before commencing operation and make sure to see the
operating conditions conform to the specifications. Also make certain that meter installation, pipeline
connections and electrical wiring have been made correctly.
（2）運転操作は次のように慎重にバルブ操作をしてください。〈次頁 配管図参照〉
初期配管時の圧縮空気の性質上、暴走しやすいので必ず次の要領で注意して行ってください。
Carefully follow the valve operations sequence given below. (See pipeline diagram on next page.)
On a new installation, care should be exercised to prevent the rotors from spinning violently by
compressed air.
①流量計入口側バルブ（A）、出口側バルブ（B）を閉じてください。
Close the valve A upstream of and the valve B downstream of the meter.
②バイパスラインのバルブ（C）を徐々に開いてバイパスラインに通液し、配管中の溶接くず、スケールな
どを除去してください。
特に、新設配管の場合は十分注意して行ってください。〈フラッシング方法は15頁参照〉
Slowly open the valve C on the bypass line to allow the liquid to run through the bypass line, washing
away weld chips, scales or other foreign matter inside the pipeline.
On a newly installed piping assembly, extra care should be taken. (See page 15 for flushing instructions.)
③バルブ（A）、（B）をごくわずか開きます。必要ならバルブ（C）をごくわずか閉めてください。
この時、計数部のカウンタが少し動くこと確認してください。（次頁 注意をご覧ください）
Slightly open the valves A and B. Slightly close the valve C if necessary. Make sure to see the counter
of the register slightly moves in response at this time. (See CAUTION on next page.)
