④上蓋を本体部より取り外します。
Separate the top cover from the meter body.
（1）上蓋締付ねじ（4本）を外します。
Take off four screws securing the top cover.
（2）外した締付ねじを上蓋の押しタップねじ穴に入
れ、2ケ所均等にねじ込んで、上蓋を本体部より
浮かして外します。
Of the four screws which have been taken off,
use two screws in the threaded jack screw
holes provided in the top cover to assist in
removing it. Turn them evenly to jack the top
cover off.
〈注意〉
押しタップねじは均等にねじ込まないと、上
蓋が変形します。
CAUTION: Jacking the screws unevenly may result
in a distorted top cover.
⑤ 回転子を抜き取ります。計量室を点検し、各部の
スケールを洗浄してください。
Remove the rotors. Inspect the measuring
chamber and remove scales on individual parts.
〈注意〉CAUTIONS
1. 回転子を落下させますと破損しますので、取り扱いに
は十分注意してください。
Exercise extra care not to drop the rotors or they
will be damaged.
2. 分解した部品は、細かい部品が多いので、紛失しない
ようにご注意ください。
Some parts are very small.
Be careful not to lose any parts during disassembly.
3. 55、56形の場合は、第一回転子と回転子軸は一体とな
っています。（第二回転子軸は本体に打ち込み）
In meter Sizes 55 or 56, the 1st rotor and its rotor
shaft are of one-piece construction.
(The 2nd rotor shaft is press fitted in the meter.)
