WEIGHT
This will adjust as you
exercise based on advanced
training modes and if the
exercise is paused.

The position of the bars indicate
where you are in range of motion.

This ring will indicate the
instantaneous power/ve-
locity relative to the max
power during the set.
INCREASE/DECREASE WEIGHT
Increase (+) / decrease (-) weight
before an exercise set or during
your workout.
UNLOAD WEIGHT
Data recording begins once
LOAD is selected. Data re-
cording ends once UNLOAD is
selected.
