The device integrates with the OxeFit mobile app, enabling users to view workout activity and history, schedule classes, browse and create custom workouts, and manage user profiles. Advanced training features like the Balance Meter and Virtual Spotter enhance the workout experience, while various strength and cardio training modes (Overload, Chains, Burnout, Perturbation, Adaptive, Reactive, Steadystate, Intervals, Hills) allow for tailored and progressive exercise.
