3.2.5 Adjusting Full-Scale
The full-scale range is pre-set at the factory. In the event the full-scale range needs to be changed, the
following steps should be taken.
1. Set zero/span switch to SPAN.
a. When the output has stabilized, adjust span dial for an output of 20 mA (10VDC) at the detector
output. If necessary, change the sensitivity setting to read 20 mA (10VDC).
b. Adjust R30 on the conditioning board until full-scale concentration is displayed on the level meter.
Recalibrate the analyzer.
NOTE: Once set, this adjustment does not normally need to be repeated.
