When accessing
the camera, the
Update Firmware
page is displayed.
• The camera firmware may be damaged because the power
was turned off during an update, etc.
→ Download the latest firmware from the Panasonic Network
Camera support website and update the firmware.
Camera images
are not displayed
properly on a TV
connected to the
camera.
• The camera is connected to a TV that uses an incompatible
system such as the PAL system.
→ The camera uses the NTSC system for its video output
signals. Use an NTSC-compatible TV.
• The camera is in color night view mode.
→ Disable color night view mode. When the camera is in color
night view mode, camera images may not be displayed
properly.
