Ensure that the unit is connected directly to the television and not through a video cassette recorder. Also, ensure the 'AV Output (Scart)' selection is correct for the TV input. If you have connected to your television through the video output terminal, go to the VIDEO menu in the SETUP screen and change “AV Output (Scart)“ to “Video“ or “RGB“.
