SETUP
INSTALLING THE CARD
Before using a newly purchased card or one that was used in another device,
be sure to format it with this camera (see pages 113 and 124 in the Operating
Instructions (PDF format)). If an unformatted card is used, the card itself may
become unusable.
4 Insert the battery pack
(page 28), then close
1 Push the battery cover lock to
the right to release it.
3 With the label side facing up,
push the card straight in until
you hear a click.

5 Push the battery cover lock to
the left to lock it.
The coloured label is visible
when the battery cover lock is
not completely closed. Be sure
to close the lock completely so
that the coloured label is not
visible.

h To remove the card, press it in,
and then release. The card will
protrude slightly, and you can
then pull it out.
1 Push the middle
part of the card.
2 Pull the card out straight.
