To re-bake baguettes and crusty rolls. This program is suitable for reheating, browning and crisping
prepurchased baguettes and rolls from room temperature. Ensure height of baguette/rolls is no
more than 2 inches (5 cm). Place baguette/crusty rolls on Wire Shelf in middle shelf position. Select
program number 3, Baguette/Crusty Rolls. Touch Start/Set to confirm the program. Select weight
and touch Start/Set. After cooking place on a Wire Rack for a few minutes.
4. Croissants
To re-bake croissants. This program is suitable for reheating, browning and crisping pre-purchased
croissants from room temperature. Place croissants on Wire Shelf in middle shelf position. Select
program number 4, Croissants. Touch Start/Set to confirm the program. Select weight and touch
Start/Set. After cooking place on a Wire Rack for a few minutes.
