12.7.3. PC DOOR(LEFT) , EFRENCH
CROSSRAIL As
1. Open the door PCL and remove the french crossrail As
screws (4 peaces).
2. Remove the connector from the connector position.
3. Remove top hinge cover L.
a. Unscrew the screw (1 peace).
b. Unhook triangular sign part of top hinge cover (3
hooks).
c. Move top hinge cover L outside, and unhook hook C.
4. Remove the top hinge L.
a. Remove the connector. (2 portions)
b. Remove the screws for hinge(3 pieces) and pass the
wire into the hole of top hinge, and then remove door
unit.
5. Remove the door PC-L.
Cautions during assembling of Door PCL
• Connect the earth, the connector firmly.
• When Hinge Cover L is assembled, connectors and wires
are stored as before.
• When Hinge Cover L is assembled, put it on this side of the
Hinge firstly. Then insert out side of hook C to under Hinge
Top L, and set the 3 portions hooks.
