Copying Your Tapes (Dubbing)
Connections you’ll need to make. (Choose front or rear connection.)
• When connecting to a normal VCR, use the L Audio In jack for proper sound reproduction.
Playing (Source) VCR
Recording (Editing) VCR
TV for Monitoring
Audio Out (L)
Video Out
Video In
CH3 or 4
Insert a pre-recorded
I J tape into the Playing
(Source) VCR.
X\ Insert a blank tape
Q with record tab into the
Recording (Editing) VCR.
q\ Select “LINE” Input mode on the
OJ Recording (Editing) VCR. (See
“Selecting the Input Mode” on page 17.)
Push PLAY on the Playing VCR.
Push PAUSE at the desired starting point.
c\ Push REC on the Recording VCR,
OJ and then push PAUSE
immediately thereafter.
Push PAUSE on both VCRs at
the same time, to begin copying
To Edit Out Unwanted Parts
Push PAUSE on the recording VCR while
copying is in progress. Push PAUSE again to
resume copying.
Push STOP on both
VCRs to stop copvin(
To Monitor Dubbing on Your TV
1 Turn your TV on and tune to the Recording
VCR channel (CH3 or CH4).
Caution:
Unauthorized exchanging and/or copying of copyrighted
recordings may be copyright infringement.
2 Set the VCR/TV Selector on the Recording
VCR to “VCR.”
