4) Click [OK].
f Clicking [Certicate] [CRT Key generate] [Execute] again can conrm the key length and generation
date and time of the current CRT key with the [RSA key size] and [Last modied] of [Current CRT key] at
the upper row of the CRT key generation page.
Note
f [Not generated] displayed in [Last modied] indicates that the CRT has not been generated.
f [RSA key size] is xed to [2048bit]. The server certicate may not be issued depending on the certication organization to apply if the key
length is 2048-bit.
f Generation of the CRT key may take up to approximately two minutes.
f When the CRT key is updated, apply for the server certicate or generate the self-signed certicate again using that CRT key. A certicate
linked to the CRT key is required.
f Previously generated CRT key information is saved even if the CRT key is updated. To return to the previous CRT key, refer to “Cancelling
the update of the CRT key” (x page 200).
Cancelling the update of the CRT key
It is possible to return to the previously generated CRT key only once even if the CRT key is updated.
1) Click [Certificate] → [CRT Key generate] → [Execute].
f The page to generate the CRT key is displayed.
2) Click [History].
f Following contents are displayed.
3) Confirm [RSA key size] and [Last modified] of the CRT key to restore.
4) Click [Apply].
f Following conrmation message is displayed.
“The previous CRT key will be loaded. Please generate Self-signed Certicate or install the Server
Certicate corresponds to the CRT key. Continue?”
5) Click [OK].
f Previously generated CRT key is reected as the current CRT key.
Note
f When returned to the previously generated CRT key, a certicate linked to that CRT key is required.
Generating the signing request
When using the server certicate issued by the certication organization as a security certicate, generate a
signing request necessary for application of issuing to the certication organization. Generate the signing request
after generating the CRT key.
1) Click [Certificate] → [Generate Certificate Signing Request] → [Execute].
f The page to generate the signing request is displayed.
