[Reassembly]
1. Put solder-paste thinly and evenly over the radiating plate on the bottom of a new
IC for replacement.
2. Clean out the former solder that has been sticking to the pattern part on the base
plate.
3. Place the IC on the pattern part of the base plate.
(Make the IC legs and pattern part meet completely.)
4. Solder the IC legs first.
