What to do if there is no sound (or image) from my Panasonic Home Cinema speakers?
    • J
      Joshua BarnesAug 18, 2025
If your Panasonic Home Cinema speakers aren't producing any sound or displaying an image, first ensure muting is off. Verify the connections to other devices and confirm that the received audio signal is compatible with the system. Try turning the system off and on again. If connected to the TV via HDMI, ensure it's labeled 'HDMI (ARC)'; if not, use an optical digital audio cable. If connected to a Panasonic TV, turn on the main unit using the TV's remote. If issues persist, redo the connections with different cables and check the audio output settings on the connected device. If the AUX1 indicator flashes without audio, turn the connected device off and on, then power cycle the Panasonic system, removing and reconnecting the HDMI cable.

Why is VIERA Link not working on my Panasonic Home Cinema speakers?
    • D
      Drew SmithAug 22, 2025
If VIERA Link related operations no longer function properly on your Panasonic Home Cinema speakers, check the VIERA Link setting on the connected devices. Ensure the VIERA Link settings haven't been turned off. Note that VIERA Link operations may be affected by HDMI connection changes, power failures, or AC mains lead removal. Try turning on all devices connected to the TV with an HDMI cable and then turn the TV on. Alternatively, turn off the VIERA Link settings of the TV and turn it on again. As another solution, while the system and TV are connected with HDMI, turn on the TV, remove the main unit’s AC mains lead, and reconnect it.
