In each Viewing Mode, Backlight, Contrast, Brightness, Colour, Tint,
Sharpness, Colour Temperature, Vivid Colour, Adaptive Backlight Control,
Ambient Sensor, Noise Reduction, MPEG Noise Reduction, Intelligent Frame
Creation and 24p Smooth Film can be adjusted and stored.
When in True Cinema or Custom mode, Advanced Settings can be adjusted
additionally. The settings in True Cinema or Custom mode can be stored for
each input.
You can set Viewing Mode in 2D and 3D mode for each.
Basic settings
Backlight, Contrast, Brightness, Colour, Tint, Sharpness
Adjusts the levels of these options according to your personal preference.
Colour Temperature
(Cool2 / Cool1 / Normal / Warm1 / Warm2)
Sets the overall colour tone of the picture (bluer - redder).
Vivid Colour
(On / Off)
Automatically adjusts colours to vivid ones.
Adaptive Backlight Control
Automatically controls the level of backlight according to the images.
If the uncomfortable dark images occur, set to Off.
Ambient Sensor
Automatic Brightness Control function
Adjusts picture settings automatically depending on ambient lighting
conditions.
(On / Off)
Noise reduction settings
Noise Reduction
(Auto / Max / Mid / Min / Off)
Reduces unwanted picture noise.
Not valid when 1080p Pixel Direct is set to On
