What to do if Panasonic WV-SFV130 images cannot be saved on the SD memory card?
    • W
      William DiazAug 13, 2025
If you cannot save images to the SD memory card or encounter write/read errors with your Panasonic Security Camera, first verify that the SD memory card is correctly inserted. Ensure that the write protect switch is not set to “LOCK”. If “********MB/ ********MB” is displayed under “Remaining capacity” on the [SD memory card] tab, this indicates the card is write-protected. If “--------MB/--------MB” is displayed on “Remaining capacity”, format the SD memory card. Also, format the SD memory card if any recognition error is received when the “Diag.” of “E-mail notification” or “Panasonic alarm protocol” is used. If “########MB/########MB” is displayed on “Remaining capacity”, check the password lock configuration.

      William ThomasAug 18, 2025
If you are not getting audio output from your Panasonic Security Camera on devices like a network disk recorder or PC software, the issue might be due to codec incompatibility. Some devices may not support “G.711”, "AAC-LC" or “AAC-LC (HIGH QUALITY)”. To resolve this, set the audio encoding format of the camera to “G. 726 (32 kbps).”

How to fix Panasonic WV-SFV130 Security Camera cannot access from the web browser?
    • A
      Anthony WarrenNov 7, 2025
If you're unable to access your Panasonic Security Camera through a web browser, start by checking the LAN cable connection to ensure it's firmly connected. Verify that the link indicator is lit, indicating a proper LAN connection. If it's not lit, check for cable failures or incorrect wiring. Also, confirm that the camera is powered on. If these steps don't resolve the issue, use the Windows command prompt to ping the camera's IP address to test the connection. If there's no reply, it indicates a connection problem. If you are still experiencing issues, temporarily disable firewall settings on your PC before configuring the camera. You can also use the Panasonic “IP Setting Software” to confirm the camera's IP address and access it. If the network settings are incorrect, reboot the camera...
