Manual shutter override
To manually inch, rotate the manual inching
knob in the direction of the arrow.
NOTE: The magazine will take up.
To electronically inch or run, depress either the
inch or run buttons to activate.
The manual shutter override should be used
only in an emergency situation. To utilize, set
the shutter angle switches on the control panel
on the back of the camera to zeros. Remove the
film and the pressure pad. Normal shutter
angle markings are engraved on the back of the
shutter and can be set by rotating the manual
adjustment open or close.
If the camera is running, the shutter angle will
be displayed on any of the digital displays and
will dynamically change as the manual over-
ride is opened or closed.
