Getting Started
2. Disconnect the charger from
the phone when the battery is
fully charged.
Turning the phone on/off
To turn on the phone,
1. Press and hold the LOCK/PWR key for a few seconds.
2. Unlock the screen.
To turn the phone off,
1. Press and hold the LOCK/PWR key for a few seconds.
2. Tap Power off.
3. Tap OK.
Note If you press the LOCK/PWR key shortly, the LCD screen turns
on or off.
Unlocking the screen
The screen is locked by default when you turn on power. To
unlock the screen,
1. Press the LOCK/PWR key or B.
2. Drag one of the application icons
into the circle diagonally.
The phone will open the
corresponding application.
3. Enter a PIN or a password if the
screen is locked by a PIN or a
password.

Settings on page 97.
Key Description
Views messages.
Launches Browser.
Views Call log.
Goes to the home screen or an application if
the application is running before locking.
Views emails.
Launches Music Application.
Locking the screen
Lock the screen to protect information in the phone or save
the usage of the battery.
To lock the screen, press the LOCK/PWR key in any mode.
