Recover ANAFI Ai
In the event of a hazardous situation, follow this procedure:
1. Press the RTH button on the Parrot Skycontroller 4 to cause the drone to return to its home
position.
2. If the drone does not return, attempt to initiate an Automatic landing by pressing the Take-
off/Landing button on the Parrot Skycontroller 4.
3. Try to locate the ANAFI Ai position.
4. Ensure that this event does not cause a subsequent hazardous situation based on its last known
position.
5. If there is a reasonable expectation that the loss of control will cause injury to a person, contact the
emergency services.
Hazardous circumstances may result in a situation where normal use of ANAFI Ai is not respected. Read
and respect the operational requirements described in the checklist appendix 1.
4G connectivity issues
Causes of 4G connectivity issues can include:
• There is no SIM card in the drone.
• You did not enter the SIM card code of the drone.
• Drone’s 4G connectivity is not activated.
• Your mobile has no internet access.
• The 4G connection is not established.
In these cases, FreeFlight 7 connectivity interface informs the origin of the issue.
Otherwise, the interface displays the ask for support option.
If you tap Ask for support, a dialogue box appears. You must enter the following information:
• Smartphone SIM card operator name
• Phone number or email
• Country
For the following fields, choose between the 2 options:
• Internet connection used on your device
• Did you already manage to connect your drone in 4G?
When you tap Send, you must accept to share your data with Parrot.
The App then helps you to create a ticket for our technical team. Parrot will contact you to solve your
problem.
