* Fetch out the battery when the meter will not be used for long period.
* Periodically wipe the cabinet with a damp cloth and mid detergent. Do not use abrasives or
solvents.
* The meter is suitable for indoor use only
* Do not operate the meter before the cabinet has been closed and screwed safely as terminal
can carry voltage.
* Do not store the meter in a place of explosive, inflammable substances.
* Measuring instruments don’t belong to children hands.
Cleaning the cabinet
Clean only with a damp, soft cloth and a commercially available mild household cleanser. Ensure
that no water gets inside the equipment to prevent possible shorts and damage to the equipment.
2. Introduction
This new cable detector is suitable for searching of free-of voltage and live wires, line breaks and
line tracking of surface-mounted and flush pipes, pipe systems and even systems in the soil. This
device can be use to find fuses and circuits in equipment cabinets, too.
By the adjustable transmission channels, up to 7 transmitters can be used simultaneously, which
are displayed correctly on the receiver with the assigned channel number. The high sensitivity of
the receiver allows a tracing depth up to 2 meters distance.
Through these powerful features, this device is well suitable for complex electrical systems, pipe
installations and heating systems, as for testing new installations and also to evaluate old
installations for renovation work.
