SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The Excelion 2000 Professional brush cutter is a professional tool to be used exclusively for cleaning green areas
(grass, dense grass, woody weeds, brambles and small shrubs).
The PELLENC company declines all responsibility for any damage caused by improper or unspecied use other
than that for which it is intended.
The PELLENC company also declines all responsibility for any damage caused by the use of non-original parts or
accessories.

Keep the work area clean and well lit.
Do not operate power tools in an explosive atmosphere, for example in the presence of ammable liquids, gases,
or dust.
Keep children and persons present away when using the tool.

The power tool's connector must be adapted to the socket. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use adaptors
with grounded tools.
Avoid any body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, cookers and refrigerators.
Do not expose tools to the rain or damp conditions.
Do not misuse the power cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep the
power lead away from heat, lubricant, sharp edges or moving parts.
When using a tool outdoors, use an extension adapted to outdoor use.
If you must use a tool in a damp place, use power supply protected by a residual current device (RCD).

Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating the tool. Do not use a tool if you
are tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication.
Use personal safety equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Avoid any untimely starting of the device. Make sure the switch is in the off position before connecting the tool to
the mains and/or battery pack, picking it up or carrying it.
Remove any adjusting wrenches before switching the tool on.
Do not rush. Keep proper footing and balance at all times.
Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery.
Keep hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts.
If devices are provided for connecting dust extraction and collection equipment, ensure that these are connected
and properly used.
