Tilt measurement initialization
When the receiver gets fixed solution and finishes magnetic calibration, it can start tilt
measurement calibration.
Calibration step 2: Carry the receiver and walk to 20-30 meters then come back to the starting
point until the icon [Initialize IMU] turned off.
