Taking Pictures
Y
In this mode you can take pictures using the frames stored in the camera.
1 Press the four-way controller (3) in A mode.
The Capture Mode Palette appears.
2 Use the four-way controller
(2345) to select Y (Frame
Composite).
3 Press the 4 button.
A 9-frame display of the frame selection
screen appears.
4 Use the four-way controller
(2345) to choose the frame you want to use.
5 Press the 4 button.
The selected frame appears in single-image
display. You can choose another frame using
either of the following operations.
Use the four-way controller (45) to
choose a different frame.
Press the 3 button or f on the
Zoom/f/y button to return to the 9-frame
display of the frame selection screen, and then perform Step 4 to
choose a different frame.
6 Press the 4 button.
The frame appears on the screen.
7 Press the shutter release button halfway.
The focus frame on the LCD monitor turns green if the subject is in focus.
8 Press the shutter release button fully.
The picture is taken.

In frame composite mode, recorded pixels is set to

(2048 × 1536).
