Rotate
the
lens
aperture
ring
to
the
desired
f/stop.
If
the
ring
is
locked
at
the
position,
release
it
by
depressing
the
aperture
auto
lock
button.
•
Set
the
red
index
of
the
shutter
dial
to
AUTO.
•
Pressing
the
shutter
release
button
slightly;
the
shutter
speed
will
be
digitally
indicated
on
the
LCD
inside
the
viewfinder.
Further
pressure
will
release
the
shutter.
Shutter
speed
indication
will
disappear
from
both
LCD
indicators
when
the
meter
is
automatically
switched
off
by
the
built-in
timer.
Aperture-priority
AE
is
the
best
mode
for
taking
pictures
with
emphasis
on
depth-of-field.
