Use the four-way controller (23)
to select [Pixel Mapping].

Press the 4 button.
Defective pixels are mapped and corrected.
You can turn on the camera by holding down the Q button.

Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Playback
Shortcut] in the [W Setting] menu.

Use the four-way controller (45) to select O or P.
O Starts up in playback mode
P Does not start up in playback mode

Press the 4 button.
The setting is saved.
You can reset the camera settings to their defaults. Refer to “Default
Settings” (p.205) for the reset settings.

Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Reset] in
the [W Setting] menu.

Press the four-way controller (5).
The [Reset] screen appears.
When the battery level is low, [Not enough battery power remaining to
activate Pixel Mapping] appears on the display. Use the AC adapter kit
K-AC129 (optional) or replace the batteries with those having sufficient
power.
