The Prkins 904J-E28T and 904J-E28TA industrial
engines are single turbocharged engine. The engine
may be turbocharged or turbocharged with an air
charge cooler.
The engine aftertreatment system is configured as
follows:
• Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
• Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
Engine Specifications
The configuration will depend on the power output of
the engine.
Note: The front end of the engine is opposite the
flywheel end of the engine. The left and the right
sides of the engine are determined from the flywheel
end. The number 1 cylinder is the front cylinder.
