No claims for already delivered lubricators can be made based on the
information, pictures and descriptions.
♦ perma-tec GmbH & Co. KG can not be held liable for damages and malfunctions
caused by:
▪ inappropriate usage;
▪ unauthorized alterations to the drive system or the LC unit;
inappropriate operations on or with the lubricator;
▪ incorrect operation and settings of the lubricator;
▪ incorrect settings of time and size of the lubricator;
▪ ignoring the operating manual.
1.4.2 Warranty
 ♦ Warranty terms and conditions: see terms and conditions of sale and delivery
appertaining to perma-tec GmbH & Co. KG.
♦ Lodge any warranty claims with perma-tec immediately after the defect or error
has been identied.
♦ The warranty expires in all instances where no liability claims can be enforced.
