Also, check that all filters are installed correctly in the following order: 1) NanoProtect filter Series 3 (FY1410); 2) NanoProtect filter Active Carbon (FY1413); 3) pre-filter. A wet air quality sensor can also be the cause, so ensure it is clean and dry.
