the preparation procedures.
Plug and Play
Plugand Play allows yoHto s_oreall availabe
RDS stations and radio stations aHTomatically
First time setup/power up
| When you turn o_the main supply "Hf,Z_,
TNSTRLL PF?ES_ PLRU"is displayed
2 Press •|1 on the system to start installation.
'-_ "TNS T_LL" is displayed, _llowed by "T U_'£ F_"
and "RUT B"
-_ PROG starts flashing¸
-_ The system will automatically store the radio
stations with sufficient signal stren£th, stsrting
from all RDS stations and followed by FH and
[4W bands respectively Weak P,DS stations m_
be stored in later presets¸
-_ When all the available radio stations are
stored or the memory _r 40 presets are usec
the last pres_ r_dio station ,for the first available
RDS station) will be played¸
3 The system will proceed to s_ the P,DS clock iF
the first preset is an RDS station¸
,-_ "TN_ TF_LL" is displayed, _llowed by "TT_I£"
and"5_F_£1/ _?_ TT_I£"
-_ When P,DS time is read, "_?_ YTf1£" is
displayed and the current time will be stored¸
-_ If RDS star on does no: transmit RDS tme
withn 90 seconds, the programme will ext
automat cally and the display will show"NO P,_S

To reinstall Plug and Play
1 In standby or demonstration mode, press and
hold •ll on the system u_il "_UT_ _IJgTRLL
- PF_£ScJ PLRU" is displayed¸
2 P_ss • |1 _gain to start installation¸
-_ All previously stored radio stations will be
replaced
To exit without storing the Plug and Play
P-oss • on the system
-_ If yoH do not comple*e the Plug and Play
installation, the function will be restarted when
you next turn on the main supply again
N0tes:
When the power is turned on, the disc tray may
open and close to initialise the system.
If no stereo frequency is detected during
Plug and Play, "L llELl_ RN T[NNfI" wilI be
displayed.
During Plug and Play, if no button is pressed
within 15 seconds, the system will exit Plug and
Play mode.
