Basic Functions
Demonstration mode
The system has a demor, stratior _mode that
shows the vsdous featHres offered by the system
To activate the demonstration
• In standby mode, press apd hold • on the
system ntil "_E_IL] ;,_" is dsplayed
-_ The demonstration will beglrl
To deactivate the demonstration
• Press and hold • on the system until ,,_£,,r
iJF_ " is displayed¸
-_ The system will switch to standby mode¸
Switching the system on
In standby/demonstration mode
• Press STANDBY ON to swtch on the lass
selec[ed source.
• Press CD, TUNER, TAPE (TAPE 112) or
AUX
• P-ass OPEN'CLOSE
-_ The sysxelq will switch to CD mode
In Eco Power standby mode
• Press ECO POWERto switch on the art
selec[ed source.
• PressCD, TUNER, TAPEtl2orAUXonthe
tomato control
Switching the system to standby
mode
In demonstration mode
• P-ass and hold • on the system
In any other source mode (except Eco
Power standby mode)
• Press STANDBY ON (or (L) on the rerqote
coptro )
-_ The cock will appear on the display when the
system is in standby mode
Switching the system to Eco
Power standby mode (< 1 Watt)
press ECO POWER (or pressand hod O o_
the remote control)
-_ "} ELi F';d!" isdisplayed,then the display
screen will go bank.
-J_The low power ECO POWER LEDwll be
lighted
Note:
If you have not deactivated tile demonstration, it
will resume Eve seconds after tile system switches
to Eco Power standby or standby mode.
Dim mode
You can seect the desired brigPtnessfur the
d splay
In any source mode (excep: standby and Eco
Power standby mode), press DIM MODE
reportedly to select DIN I, DIN 2, DIN 3 or
DIN OFF display mode
