If your Philips Projector only shows the initial screen, check the following: * Ensure the cables are connected to the correct sockets. * Verify that the external device is switched on. * Confirm that the video output of the external device is activated. * Make sure the HDMI source selected on the user interface corresponds to the HDMI connector where the external device is connected.
