1 During playback, press [F (PAUSE)].
2 Press [S (PREV)] / [T (NEXT)]
repeatedly.
Each time you press [T (NEXT)], playback will
go forward one frame (or step) at a time with the
sound muted.
To go backward one frame (or step), press
[S (PREV)].
Press and hold [T (NEXT)] to continue going
forward.
To continue going backward, press and hold
[S (PREV)].
3 Press [B (PLAY)] to resume
playback.
Note
• Only step by step forward is available when playing
back Video CDs and discs with DivX
®
files.

Each time you press [D (FFW)] or [E (REW)],
the approximate speed changes as follows.
(The sound will remain muted.)
To return to normal playback, press [B (PLAY)].

•For some DivX

files, Slow forward may not
function.
• Only slow forward is available when playing back
Video CDs and discs with DivX

1 During playback, press [DISPLAY].
2 Select the icon using [L \ P],
then press [OK].
Four options are available, “x 1.0”, “x 1.2”, “x 1.5”
and “x 2.0”. These are displayed excluding the
current zoom rate.
3 Select the desired zoom factor to
zoom using [U \ D], then press
[OK].
The zoom area is displayed.
4 Select the desired zoom position
using [U \ D \ L \ P], then press
[OK].
Zoom playback will start.
Hint
• To cancel the zoom function, select “x 1.0” using
[U \ D], then press [OK].
Note
• If selecting a smaller factor than that currently
selected, the zoom area is not displayed.
• You cannot slide the zoomed picture on some JPEG
files.
