Why is the Philips NeoPix Prime 2 video and sound distorted?
    • S
      Sean SheppardAug 21, 2025
If the sound or picture is distorted, or the sound isn't synchronized with the picture when viewing videos, it could be due to insufficient WiFi bandwidth to send the video flawlessly from your smartphone to the projector. This can occur if multiple WiFi networks operate nearby, or if your smartphone isn't fast enough to compress and send screen data over WiFi. Also, your smartphone might have parallel connections, reducing available bandwidth. Try temporarily disabling the connection to your home network.

Why screen mirroring does not work with Philips Projector and Android device?
    • B
      Brian PeckAug 26, 2025
For screen mirroring to function, your Android device must support Miracast (also known as Screencast, Screen Sharing, WiFi Direct, Wireless Display, etc.). Not all Android devices support this. Please refer to your Android device's user manual to check for compatibility and how to enable it.
