• If the Device ID is unable to find during the connection, check
Bluetooth of the device is turned on and ensure to turn on Bluetooth
of the phone, and tap Search again; If the Device ID is found but
connection is unsuccessful, close the APP, then reopen it to search
again.
• When using 4G with iPhone, make sure to turn cellular data on,
otherwise Translation function unable to be used.
