4.11 Factory reset
If you encounter issues with a paired device and your
earbuds, you may consider a factory reset. This will:
• Delete all paired devices
• Reset all configurations to factory default
1. Make sure both earbuds
are placed in the case
correctly.
2. Press and hold the
pairing button for 2
seconds, until the
indicator lights starts to
blink blue.
3. Short press the pairing button two times while
indicator lights are blinking blue.
After factory reset you must perform the pairing
process again as described in chapter 3.
