If you suspect something is wrong, immediately switch power off. Immediately stop using it and call
the store where you purchased it. Never try to repair the unit yourself because it is dangerous to do so.
Installation problems: Causes and Remedies
No power
No sound
Car engine switched off. Turn on the car ignition
ACC o ON
Cable is not correctly connected. Check connection.
Fuse is burnt. Replace fuse.
Check volume or mute on/off.
Disc is inserted
but no sound.
Disc with label showing downward Turn disc to have label showing upward.
Disc dirty or damaged. Clean or replace disc.
Disc sound skips, tone
quality is low
Disc dirty or damaged. Clean or replace disc.
Sound skips due
to vibration
Mounting angle is over 30°. Reduce inclination.
Unit is not firmy fixed. Mount the unit securely with the
mounting parts.
Interference on reception
of radio-station
Station too far or signal too weak. Select another radio-station.
Loss of the memorized
radio stations
Current-supply cables are not Check the permanent +12V.

SYMPTOM CAUSE REMEDY
If the above solutions cannot help, press the RESET hole.
GENERAL
DISC
RADIO
NO FILE: Disc is not CD or contains non MP3 files.
ERR-4: Disc upside down.
ERR-10: Recovery error, check the disc.
ERR-11: MP3 error, check the disc.
ERR-12: USB/SD/MMC error, check the file.
ERR-3 o ERR-7: Disc mechanism error: press to eject the disc.
In case thath the disc cannot be ejected press the RESET switch
and press eject again.
ERROR MESSAGES ON THE DISPLAY
Radio-modality does not
give any audio
Front-Panel has been taken off, without
having first switched-off the appliance
and then the board of instruments.
Current-supply under key is NOT in
order.
If you intend to maintain the procedure
of taking the front-panel directly off, you
have to effect the RESET and connect the
red cable (under key) directly to the bat-
tery. This will resolve both cause 1 and 2.
