INFORMATION
If the axis is driven by more than one PiezoWalk® drive and/or measured by more than one sensor, you can
proceed as follows to keep the position error during the relax procedure as low as possible:
1. Drive to the target position in closed-loop nanostepping mode.
2. After reaching the target position change from nanostepping to full-step mode (change of PiezoWalk
Driving Mode parameter).
3. Switch off closed-loop operation; this automatically triggers the simple relax procedure.
