Language setting
You can select the language to be used for on-screen
display such as menus and instructions, from among
12 languages; English, German, French, Italian, Span-
ish, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese, Greek, Finnish,
Russian and Turkish.
For the language to be used in the TELETEXT mode, you
can also select from among West Europe, East Europe,
Greece/Turkey, Russia, and Arabia .
To select a language for on-screen display

Press HOME MENU.

Press / to select “Setup”, and then press
ENTER.

Press / to select “Language”, and then press
ENTER.

Press / to select “Menu”, and then press /
to select a language.

Clock setting
Use the following procedure to set the time correctly.

Press / to select “Clock”, and then press
ENTER.

Press / to select “Clock Set Programme”, and
then press / to select a TV channel to be used
for auto clock setting.

Press / to select “D.S.T.”.

Press / to select “On” or “Off” depending on
whether summer time is employed in your area.

• If the system fails to set the date and time through
the selected TV channel, the “Time & Date” entry
screen appears. Set the correct, current time.
