NOTE: In order to meet the data for takeo runway lenght over 50 ft / 15m
obstacle maintain Vx (58 KIAS) after takeo.
CAUTION: Soft (grass) runways increase the published takeo performance
data by 20%.
Takeo performance may vary depending on the wind, temperature, elevation
and wing/propeller surface condition.
CAUTION:
Calculating take-o performance in hot atmosphere, it is
mandatory to consider the takeo runway length prolongs as follows:
L = 1,10 • (Lh + Lt - L0).
Abbreviations are as follows:
Lh = takeo runway length at present elevation, ISA standard conditions.
Lt = takeo runway length at sea level at same temperature/wind as on the
given location.
L0 = zero wind takeo runway length at 15°C at sea level.
e.g. if outside temperature is 25°C and you are on 500 m elevation, your
takeo runway length will be: L = 1,10 • (Lh + Lt - L0) = 1,10 • (205 m + 215 m -
180 m) = 264 meters.
