7.6.4 ENGINE MONITORING INSTRUMENTS
The aircraft is equipped with electronic engine instrumentation, which is part
of the Engine Management System display.
NOTE: For additional information on instrument limit markings, refer to Sec-
tion 2, Limitations.
A Data Acquisition Unit, mounted inside the instrument panel, converts
analog signals from the COOLANT, EGT, MAP, oil pressure, oil temperature,
fuel quantity, fuel pressure and voltage sensors to digital format, which are
then transmitted to the display.
The display presents engine and system data in horizontal tape, vertical tape
and numerical format.
