SHUT-DOWN
Follow these steps to safely turn off your grill:
1. Turn the Temperature Control Dial to OFF. (A)
• The grill will begin its automatic cool-down cycle. The auger
system will stop feeding fuel, the flame will burn out, and the
fan will continue to run until the cool-down cycle is complete.
2. Once the shut-down cycle is complete (fan turns off), turn off the
power master switch. (B)
IMPORTANT! Always power off the appliance and allow the shut-
down cycle to run. Pull the battery of appliance only once the shut-
down cycle is complete, and/or before cleaning. Store the battery in
a safe, dry place. Failure to follow this warning can cause damage,
serious injury, fire, electric shock, or death.
