8. Install the pivot tube frame mount fasteners. Torque
fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Pivot Tube Fasteners:
18 ft-lbs (24 Nm)
9. Reinstall the tilt shock fastener. Torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Tilt Shock Fasteners:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
10.Reconnect the EPS unit wire connectors.
11. Verify the front wheels are facing straight ahead.
Remove the steering wheel and align and required.
Once aligned, verify the nut has Loctite 271 applied to
the threads and install the nut. Torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Steering Wheel Nut:
65 ft-lbs (88 Nm)
12.Reinstall the front cab, front bumper and front ROPS
assembly.
13.Test ride the vehicle to verify proper operation prior to
returning to service.
