Water in the fuel is another possibility; replace the fuel with new fuel. Additionally, a kinked or plugged fuel tank vent line can cause these symptoms, so inspect and replace it if necessary. Other potential causes include being out of fuel, so refuel; low battery voltage, so recharge the battery to 12.8 VDC; or an overheated engine, so clean the radiator screen and core, clean the engine exterior, and operate at a lower load.
