3. Disconnect the PPS harness (A).
4. Remove the (4) bolts (B) retaining the throttle and
brake pedal bracket to the chassis.
5. Remove the (2) nuts retaining the throttle pedal
assembly to the bracket.
6. Install new pedal assembly and torque the (2)
retaining nuts to specification.
7. Install the throttle and brake pedal bracket onto the
chassis, aligning the brake pedal and master cylinder
rod. Torque the (4) pedal bracket mounting nuts to
specification.
8. Install the brake pedal linkage pin and clip. Connect
the PPS harness.
9. Install the PPS cover and push dart.
TORQUE
Throttle Pedal Asm Nuts: 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm)Pedal
Bracket Nuts: 18 ft-lbs (24 Nm)
