6. To exit the diagnostic mode, press and hold the
MODE button or turn the ignition key OFF once the
codes are recorded.
NOTE
If there is a diagnostic problem with the power steering
system, the power steering MIL will illuminate and blink
in place of the check engine MIL.

INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL
NOTE
Do not allow alcohol or petroleum products to come in
contact with the instrument cluster lens.
1. Remove the push rivets (A) and upper dash panel
(B) from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the wire harness connector (C) from the
back side of the instrument cluster.
